Terms of Service

1.Your licence to play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download and play the Game for your own private, non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Game except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

2.Virtual coins & items

The Game may let you earn or purchase virtual coins, gems, outfits, and other in-game items ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are a limited licence to use a feature of the Game. They have no monetary value, are not redeemable for real money or goods, and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Game. We may manage, regulate, modify, or remove Virtual Items at any time. Virtual Items are forfeited if your access to the Game ends, and unused Virtual Items are non-refundable except where required by law.

3.Purchases, subscriptions & refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store using your Apple Account and are subject to Apple's terms.

Subscriptions, where offered, automatically renew at the price and interval shown at purchase unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can view, manage, or cancel subscriptions and turn off auto-renew in the App Store under Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies; we are generally unable to grant refunds directly. Any statutory rights you have are unaffected.

4.Acceptable use

You agree to use the Game lawfully and not to: interfere with or disrupt the Game or its security; use cheats, bots, automation, or exploits; attempt to access the Game's code or systems without authorization; or use the Game in any way that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you materially breach these Terms.

5.Intellectual property

The Game and all of its content — including the characters, artwork, outfits, illustrations, animations, audio, text, and software — are owned by Mobile Alchemy Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All art and characters are © 2026 Mobile Alchemy Ltd. Except for the licence to play granted in Section 1, no rights are transferred to you.

6.Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

7.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Alchemy Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Game. To the extent our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the Game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you and Mobile Alchemy Ltd submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

9.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the Game. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
