Style Studio: Dress Up
Privacy Policy
Effective 16 July 2026 · Last updated 16 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Mobile Alchemy Ltd ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the iOS game Style Studio: Dress Up (the "Game"). We have designed the Game to collect as little as possible about you.
1.Overview
Style Studio: Dress Up is a single-player dress-up game. You can play without giving us your name, email, or any account. The only information involved is the limited data needed to deliver in-app purchases and to show ads that keep the Game free, as described below.
2.No account & on-device data
The Game does not require you to create an account or sign in. Your progress, unlocked outfits, coins, and settings are stored locally on your device only. We do not run servers that store your saved games, and we cannot see your progress. Deleting the Game removes this on-device data.
3.Purchases are processed by Apple
In-app purchases — such as coin packs, outfit bundles, and any subscriptions — are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using your Apple Account. We never receive or have access to your card number or other payment details. Apple provides us only with confirmation that a purchase completed so we can unlock the item you bought.
4.Purchase analytics (Adapty)
We use Adapty (adapty.io) to deliver, restore, and measure in-app purchases and subscriptions. When you make or restore a purchase, Adapty processes on our behalf:
- App and device identifiers — such as the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) and an app-generated user identifier; and
- Transaction history — which products were purchased, prices, purchase and renewal dates, and subscription status.
This helps us deliver and restore your purchases, understand which offers are useful, and reduce fraud. Adapty acts as our data processor. See Adapty's privacy policy.
5.Advertising
The Game shows advertisements to keep it free to play. Ads are delivered through AppLovin MAX, which mediates ads from partner networks. Our current mediated partners are Google AdMob and Liftoff Monetize. To request and measure ads, these providers may process:
- Device identifiers — the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), used only if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt (see below), and the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV);
- Coarse ad-interaction data — for example that an ad was requested, shown, viewed, or tapped, along with general device and app information and an approximate region derived from your IP address.
We do not collect precise location, and we do not sell your saved-game data. Learn more from each provider:
- AppLovin MAX — applovin.com/privacy
- Google AdMob (Google) — policies.google.com/privacy
- Liftoff Monetize — liftoff.io/privacy-policy
6.App Tracking Transparency & personalized ads
On Apple devices, apps must ask permission before tracking you across other companies' apps and websites using the IDFA. We show Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
- If you allow tracking, our ad partners may use the IDFA to show you personalized (interest-based) ads.
- If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized and the IDFA will not be used.
The Game is fully playable either way — your choice does not lock, limit, or change any gameplay feature. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
7.Children's privacy
Style Studio: Dress Up is a general-audience app rated 4+ and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because a general audience may include younger players, we instruct our advertising partners to apply child-directed ad treatment — for example disabling personalized/interest-based advertising and use of the advertising identifier for those requests — so that only non-personalized, age-appropriate ads are requested.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, or you would like information associated with your child's device deleted, please contact us at richard@techkudos.com and we will act promptly.
8.Data retention & your rights
Because game progress lives only on your device, deleting the app removes it. The limited identifiers and transaction records processed by Adapty and our ad partners are retained by those providers for as long as needed for the purposes above and for their own legal and fraud-prevention requirements.
You may request access to or deletion of information associated with you or your device by emailing richard@techkudos.com. We may need your device identifier to locate relevant records.
9.GDPR / UK GDPR
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, Mobile Alchemy Ltd is the data controller for the limited processing described here. Our legal bases are: performance of a contract (delivering purchases you request), our legitimate interests (running, securing, and improving the Game and measuring advertising), and your consent (for personalized advertising via the ATT prompt, which you may withdraw at any time). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and the right to data portability. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). To exercise your rights, email richard@techkudos.com.
10.California privacy (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing device identifiers with advertising partners for personalized advertising only occurs when you opt in through the ATT prompt; declining the prompt opts you out. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To make a request, email richard@techkudos.com.
11.Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the Game. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
